Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Accountant will manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger postings, and bank reconciliations. The role involves preparing financial statements, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and local regulations. The Accountant will monitor budgets, assist with forecasting, and provide financial reports and analysis to support management decisions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, supporting internal and external audits, and contributing to the improvement of accounting workflows and controls.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems, as well as MS Excel and other office tools.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, perform reconciliations, and ensure data integrity.
- Understanding of local tax regulations, compliance requirements, and audit processes in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a corporate or professional services environment.
