Role Description The Account Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the cargo and shipping sector. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations to ensure accurate and timely shipment execution. The role involves tracking shipments, resolving issues, and providing proactive updates to clients to maintain high satisfaction and retention. The Account Executive will also identify new business opportunities, support contract negotiations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and processes.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 6 months
Demonstrated client relationship management and customer service skills within logistics, shipping, or related industries.
