Role Description This full-time role is based in Dubai, with primary work at residential properties. The AC Technician / MEP Technician is responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing air conditioning systems and related mechanical, electrical, and plumbing components in residential and commercial properties. Daily tasks include performing preventive maintenance, identifying and resolving system faults, responding to service requests, and ensuring work complies with safety regulations and company standards. The role involves completing service reports, coordinating with supervisors and supporting other technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality property services. The technician is expected to follow established procedures, use diagnostic tools effectively, and maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.
