� Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team.
• Monitor sales, costs, inventory, and overall restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, and operational requirements.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain service quality and operational standards.
• Support achieving sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate with management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
👤 Candidate Profile:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial position.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Fluency in Arabic and good English is preferred.
• Previous Gulf experience is an advantage.
