About ISOLA - Abu Dhabi
ISOLA Ristorante Italiano brings the warmth and character of Italian dining to Abu Dhabi, combining authentic flavors, relaxed elegance and genuine hospitality in a contemporary setting.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Waiter to join the opening team at ISOLA. The Waiter will provide warm, attentive and knowledgeable table service while representing ISOLA’s standards of Italian hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly table service.
- Explain menu items and make suitable food and beverage recommendations.
- Take and enter orders accurately through the POS system.
- Communicate allergies, dietary requirements and special requests clearly.
- Serve food and beverages according to approved service standards.
- Monitor tables, anticipate guest needs and support upselling.
- Maintain clean, properly set tables and service stations.
Ideal Candidate
- At least 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter in a restaurant environment.
- Experience in an upscale, Italian or high-volume venue is preferred.
- Good food and beverage knowledge with a guest-focused approach.
- Confident using a POS system and handling orders accurately.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Professional grooming and the ability to work flexible shifts.
