Job Summary:
We are seeking a polished, experienced, and discreet VIP Waitress for a prestigious Private Client residence in Doha. The ideal candidate will have experience in 5-star hotels, VIP lounges, or private households serving HNWIs. You must have impeccable grooming, service etiquette, and absolute confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-end F&B service for family members and VIP guests.
- Set up formal and informal dining, afternoon tea, and private events.
- Maintain cleanliness and 5-star presentation of dining areas, pantry, and service areas.
- Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, silver service, and beverage service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and housekeeping teams for seamless service.
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain inventory of service items and report requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as VIP Waitress / Hostess / Fine Dining Waitress in a 5-star hotel or private villa/palace.
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of international service standards and etiquette.
- Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of privacy.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and during private events.
- Currently in Qatar with NOC/available to join - preferred, but can consider from outside.
