Job Description:
- Prepare and review shop drawings and ensure compliance with design intent and project specifications.
- Review and approve execution drawings in collaboration with consultants/clients.
- Prepare procurement packages for all elements of the projects. (specs & quantities)
- Update shop drawings and quantities based on variations or site modifications.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, codes, and best practices.
- Coordinate with design, technical, and site teams to clarify details and resolve discrepancies.
- Make inspections for job details and meet clients to clarify all requirements.
- Revise invoices for all sub-contractors & clients.
- Resolving technical issues.
- Takeoff quantities for variations and invoices.
- Compare between the costing sheet & actual Qs of the projects based on the variations & omissions occurring during the project.
- Provides technical guidance to Design Engineers on the same project.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor in Architecture engineering.
- high knowledge about materials and finishing methods for building items
- Experience 3-5 Years in residential and commercial projects is a must.
- High teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Shop Drawing.
- Excellent command of Arabic & English language skills.
