Job OverviewOur Easy Game LLC is looking for an experienced Impact.com Expert to manage, optimize, and grow affiliate marketing partnerships through the Impact.com platform. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience using Impact.com to manage affiliate programs, recruit partners, track performance, and improve campaign results.
Key Responsibilities* Manage and optimize affiliate marketing campaigns using Impact.com.
* Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, publishers, and strategic partners.
* Set up and manage affiliate partnerships, tracking links, and commission structures.
* Monitor campaign performance, conversions, revenue, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Analyze affiliate performance reports and identify opportunities for growth.
* Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting of affiliate activities.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates and publishers.
* Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
* Coordinate affiliate promotions, marketing materials, and campaign launches.
* Monitor affiliate compliance with program terms and company policies.
* Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
Requirements Proven hands-on experience with Impact.com is mandatory*.
* Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, partnership management, and performance marketing.
* Experience managing affiliate programs, publisher relationships, and commission models.
* Ability to analyze campaign data and generate performance reports.
* Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and affiliate marketing KPIs.
* Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
* Good command of English.
Working Conditions Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Lebanon Time.

* Experience:* Previous professional experience with Impact.com is required.
