We combine mechanical engineering, modern manufacturing technologies, robotics, and automation to develop innovative products and practical engineering solutions. To support our growing projects, we are looking for a motivated and creative Mechanical Design & Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities• Design and develop mechanical components, assemblies, machine structures, and complete mechanical systems.
• Create detailed 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Developmechanical designs for robotic kiosks, automated machines, and customized engineering projects.
• Preparetechnical drawings, manufacturing documentation, bills of materials (BOMs), and assembly instructions.
• Select appropriate materials, mechanical components, and manufacturing processes.
• Plan and support the manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, and installation of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with electrical engineers, robot programmers, and automation specialists to integrate mechanical, electrical, and robotic components.
• Perform design reviews, prototype testing, troubleshooting, and continuous product improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to ensure quality, accuracy, and costeffective production.
• Support the development of prototypes using 3D printing, CNC machining, sheet-metal fabrication, and other manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Goodknowledge of mechanical design principles, machine elements, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with 3D CAD software such as SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, or AutoCAD.
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
• Understanding of materials, tolerances, fits, machining, welding, and mechanical assembly.
• Practical knowledge of prototyping and product development.
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping is an advantage.
• Knowledge of CNC machining, sheet-metal design, and production planning is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• GoodEnglish communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
