About the Role:Gandour is expanding its technical workforce and seeking a skilled and proactive Electrical Team Leader to oversee electrical operations, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day tasks of the electrical technical team.
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and machinery.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical issues and implement effective preventive maintenance plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies across all operations.
Requirements & Qualifications: TS (Technicien Supérieur) or LT (License Technique)* Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical-Electronics, or a related technical field.
* Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance or a similar leadership role is a strong asset.
* Strong problem-solving, leadership, and organizational skills.
