Role Description The Spa Operation Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role oversees daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, service delivery, facility cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety standards. The Spa Operation Manager monitors guest satisfaction, handles feedback, and ensures a consistent, high-quality experience across all spa services. Responsibilities include managing inventories, coordinating with vendors, supporting marketing and promotional activities, and tracking revenue and cost performance. The role also involves leading and coaching spa team members, conducting regular training, and implementing operational procedures to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or fitness center operations management, with a focus on daily oversight and customer experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management abilities, including team coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards relevant to spa and wellness environments.
- Competence in basic budgeting, revenue tracking, and cost control within a service-oriented business.
- Ability to coordinate schedules, manage inventories, and maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Proficient communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Comfort with using computer systems for booking, reporting, and internal communication.
- Previous experience in Riyadh or the broader Saudi market is beneficial, with familiarity in local customer preferences and regulations.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
