We are seeking a Site Engineer to supervise the day-to-day execution of project and maintenance work in the field. The role manages two Foremen and their trade crews and handles fit-out and renovation projects alongside routine and emergency maintenance.
There is no separate maintenance team: the same crews move between planned project work and reactive callouts, allocated daily through a central dispatch desk. The position reports to the Operations Manager and draws on the Engineering & Consulting department for technical guidance. It suits an engineer who is genuinely field-based and able to hold a multi-national trade workforce to standard.
