Job Summary:
Al Yahya Real Estate Development is looking for a qualified and motivated Site Engineer to oversee construction activities, ensure projects are executed according to approved plans and specifications, and maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Engineer in real estate or construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and site management. * Proficiency in AutoCAD* and Microsoft Office (knowledge of Primavera is a plus). * Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines. * Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is preferred. * Preferrable owning a car
