SYLEKA is recruiting on behalf of an established real estate company for a Senior Property Consultant to join its Residential Brokerage team, with a focus on property management in New Cairo area.
Key Responsibilities
- Source resale and rental properties directly from owners
- Build and maintain a portfolio of verified listings
- Manage buyer and tenant inquiries and property viewings
- Negotiate resale and leasing transactions
- Develop strong relationships with property owners, buyers, and tenants
- Identify opportunities for property management agreements
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on active opportunities
- Work toward agreed acquisition, leasing, and sales targets
Requirements
- Strong experience in real estate brokerage, ideally in resale, leasing, or property management
- Strong knowledge of New Cairo and Fifth Settlement
- Proven ability to source owner-direct properties
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
- Good command of Arabic and English
