WE'RE HIRING | Senior Procurement Engineer
Location: Beirut, Lebanon
International Consolidated Contractors (ICC) is looking for an experienced Senior Procurement Engineer to join our Procurement Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement cycle for materials, equipment, and services.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
- Prepare RFQs and conduct technical and commercial comparisons.
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and payment conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or a related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or the power sector.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management, contract administration, and strategic sourcing.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and travel when required.
