We’re Hiring | Architect – Technical & Design
Location: Lebanon | Experience: 1–5 years
IMAR Lebanon is seeking an Architect to support architectural design development, technical documentation and coordination across its projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural layouts, detailed drawings, shop drawings, and schedules.
- Contribute to design development, material selection, and architectural detailing.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural, MEP, and other disciplines.
- Identify drawing discrepancies and assist in resolving technical and site coordination issues.
- Support the preparation of RFIs, material submissions, and responses to consultant comments.
- Assist with site coordination, drawing revisions, and as-built documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized project records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in architectural design, technical coordination or construction documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Good understanding of construction drawings, materials and architectural finishes.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and a collaborative approach.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic; French is an advantage.
- Experience with a contracting or design-and-build company is an advantage.
