Company Description

Founded in 2024, ALAMAT is a growing online educational platform providing personalized tutoring and academic support to school and university students across Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and other international markets.

Our services include one-on-one online tutoring, school and university subjects, and preparation for international examinations such as the SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, IGCSE, IB, and other standardized tests.

As part of our Stage 2 expansion, ALAMAT is developing a network of specialized agents to expand student enrollment, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen its presence in regional educational markets.

Role Description

We are seeking motivated and results-oriented Student Acquisition & Business Development Agents to join ALAMAT on a freelance, commission-based basis.

This role focuses on identifying potential students, developing customer relationships, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into confirmed enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential students, parents, and educational communities.
Promote ALAMAT's tutoring services and examination preparation programs.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into paying students.
Build relationships with prospective clients across targeted markets.
Communicate ALAMAT's educational services, pricing, and benefits professionally.
Follow up with interested students and parents.
Identify opportunities for referrals and collaborations.
Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and conversions.
Submit regular performance updates to management.
Coordinate directly with ALAMAT's management team.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in sales, student recruitment, business development, or educational services is preferred.
Fluency in Arabic; English proficiency is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage client relationships.
Familiarity with digital communication and lead-generation platforms.
Results-driven attitude with strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of the educational markets in Lebanon or Gulf countries is an advantage.
