We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of our construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, review, and update Mechanical Shop Drawings according to project requirements and approved designs.
- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models and coordinated mechanical drawings.
- Perform engineering calculations and equipment sizing for mechanical systems, including HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Review project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and other technical documents.
- Coordinate mechanical systems with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical disciplines.
- Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues.
- Prepare quantity take-offs and support BOQ preparation.
- Review subcontractors’ technical documents and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Provide technical support and clarification to the site team.
- Follow up on technical approvals and maintain proper documentation of revisions and changes.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in a construction company.
- Strong hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings.
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge is a plus.
