Looking for two highly experienced SEO Managers, each taking full ownership of an individual business portfolio.
These are senior, hands-on positions. Each SEO Manager will own strategy, execution and commercial performance, with direct accountability for the P&L impact generated through organic and AI-led search.
DIRECT P&L ACCOUNTABILITY
This role is not measured by rankings, impressions or traffic alone.
You will be responsible for turning SEO and search visibility into qualified demand, conversions and direct digitized revenue for the business.
Your work must have a measurable commercial impact.
Criteria
• Minimum 15+ years of hands-on SEO experience,
• Strong experience in publications, media, marketplaces or heavily content-driven businesses where search is a major acquisition and revenue channel
• Proven experience managing portfolios generating or acquiring 3,500+ backlinks per month on one account across organic and paid initiatives
• Demonstrable case studies showing significant improvement in Domain Authority, organic visibility, qualified traffic and conversions
• Proven ability to connect SEO performance directly to revenue and P&L impact
• Advanced expertise in GEO and AI search optimisation
• Proven experience improving how brands and content are discovered, understood, cited and recommended across ChatGPT and other AI-powered search and answer engines
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, content architecture, programmatic SEO, internal linking, digital PR, structured data, authority building, search intent and conversion-led organic growth
Candidates at junior SEO positions or starting their career in SEO, or have not personally worked at the scale and volumes described above. Profiles that are primarily experienced in coordinating agencies, preparing SEO reports or managing external vendors will not be shortlisted.
These roles require people who have personally built, executed, scaled and commercially delivered SEO strategies at significant volume.
