Role Description The Sales Promoter is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for actively promoting MediaTech products to customers, explaining features and benefits, and supporting sales activities in retail or showroom environments. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, demonstrating products, and providing accurate information to guide purchase decisions. The Sales Promoter will also maintain product displays, monitor stock levels, support promotional campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Accurate reporting of sales activity, feedback from customers, and market trends is required to help improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Promotion skills to drive product visibility and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with diverse customers and build positive relationships.
- Basic familiarity with Operating Systems and digital tools used for sales reporting and product information.
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail or showroom environment, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or consumer electronics/home appliances promotion is an advantage.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, reliability, and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.
