About ReserNovaReserNova is a Moroccan technology startup building smart booking and customer management solutions for beauty and wellness businesses. Our platform helps salons streamline appointments, automate customer communication through WhatsApp, and grow their businesses with AI-powered tools.
We’re looking for a motivated, ambitious, and proactive Sales & Marketing Intern based in Marrakech to join our team remotely and contribute to our growth.
Your ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Identify and prospect beauty salons, spas, and wellness businesses in Marrakech.
- Contact potential clients, introduce ReserNova, and arrange product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into paying customers.
- Build relationships with business owners and identify new sales opportunities.
Marketing & Growth
- Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Support promotional activities, partnerships, and brand awareness initiatives.
- Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Track sales activities, marketing performance, and customer acquisition results.
What We’re Looking For
- * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and technology.
- A proactive, organized, and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Moroccan Darija and French; English is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
- Preference for candidates based in Marrakech.
No extensive professional experience is required. We value motivation, initiative, creativity, and a genuine desire to learn.
