eMagine is proud to be partnered with a leading organisation hiring a Project Manager to deliver a high-priority programme within a complex operational environment. This role suits someone who can run structured delivery across multiple workstreams, manage senior stakeholders confidently, and operate comfortably in a critical infrastructure / transport / aviation settings.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the programme: scope, plan, milestones, resources, budget tracking, and governance
- Drive cross-functional execution across internal teams and external partners to hit agreed timelines and outcomes
- Own project controls: RAID log, actions, change control, dependencies, and decision tracking
- Run stakeholder cadence (workshops, steering meetings, progress reviews) and keep communication crisp and consistent
- Produce clear reporting for senior stakeholders progress, risks, mitigations, and next steps
- Ensure delivery aligns with local requirements, internal standards, and the realities of operating in regulated environments
What we’re looking for
- Strong project management background, ideally within an engineering or technology-led organisation
- Demonstrable experience delivering projects in critical infrastructure / transport (high-compliance, safety-led, operationally sensitive settings)
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification (must-have)
- Strong stakeholder management skills (you can influence, not just coordinate)
- Detail-driven, organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in parallel
- Based in Riyadh or Jeddah (or able to be based there)
- Saudization Project
Nice to have
- Experience working with multi-site operations, access-controlled environments, or safety-critical programmes
- Exposure to vendor management and delivery with international teams
