Description
- * Receives application forms for training programs, including Clinical, Non-Clinical, OJT, and CPD activities.
- Coordinates and schedules hospital-wide and departmental orientation sessions for newly joining trainees,including students, interns, and postgraduate clinical attachments.
- Maintains a complete and up-to-date file for each trainee, including BLS certification, vaccination andscreening status, rotation evaluation forms, job descriptions, leave logs, annual evaluations, and contractcopies.
- Ensures newly joined trainees are properly oriented to DSFH policies and procedures, in accordance with thephysician orientation policy.
- Serves as a liaison with departmental program directors regarding trainee rotation schedules (inside andoutside the hospital), vacations, and resident meetings.
- Communicates with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) to update program directors onmonthly meeting requirements, examination schedules, and issued memos or instructions.
- Manages and coordinates logistical arrangements for training programs.
- Maintains records of all correspondence related to training programs across Fakeeh Care Group.
- Provides administrative support to the Chairperson of OJT Training and Staff Development in coordinationwith the HR Department.
- Organizes and arranges meetings for undergraduate and postgraduate training and departmentalcommittees (CPS, CME, OJT), prepares meeting minutes, maintains documentation, and provides requiredsupport.
- Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
RequirementsSkills and Abilities:
- Basic administrative and coordination skills.
- Ability to organize files, trainee records, and training documentation accurately.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with trainees, departments, and external bodies.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use office applications for reporting and documentation.
ExperienceMinimum of 1 year of experience in administrative coordination, preferably within a healthcare, training, or education environment.
EducationBachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
LanguageExcellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
