Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Plastic Recycling Machine Operator with practical experience operating plastic recycling machinery, particularly LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE plastic recycling processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, monitoring production quality, troubleshooting machine issues, and ensuring safe and efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- * Operate and monitor plastic recycling machines and production lines.
- Handle plastic recycling processes, including shredding, crushing, drying, and extrusion/pelletizing.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain production efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor production output and ensure recycled plastic pellets meet quality standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions and production issues.
- Perform routine machine cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean production area.
- Coordinate with the production team to achieve daily production targets.
- Report machine faults, production delays, and material quality issues to the supervisor.
Requirements
- * Previous hands-on experience operating plastic recycling machines is required.
- Practical knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, and HDPE recycling is preferred.
- Experience with plastic extruders, and pelletizing machines is an advantage.
- Ability to identify machine problems and make basic operational adjustments.
- Knowledge of production quality control and industrial safety procedures.
- Ability to work shifts and meet production targets.
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and equipment care.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in industrial plastic recycling factories and recycled plastic pellet production will be given priority.
