Role Summary
Responsible for managing Operations & Maintenance activities for HVAC assets across multiple projects. Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for all HVAC-related operational, technical and client matters while ensuring reliability, energy efficiency and contractual SLA compliance.
Primary Point of Contact
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, OEMs, subcontractors and internal stakeholders for all HVAC maintenance activities, breakdowns, performance concerns, technical discussions and escalations.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute PPM and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot chillers, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, VRF systems, package units, split and ducted split units.
• Monitor HVAC performance through BMS and field inspections.
• Conduct root cause analysis and submit technical reports.
• Manage OEMs and specialist subcontractors.
• Support ECMs and energy optimization initiatives.
• Maintain asset records, maintenance reports and KPI tracking.
• Supervise technicians and ensure HSE compliance.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC O&M experience.
• Strong expertise in chillers, cooling towers, pumps, AHUs, FAHUs, FCUs, EC Fans, ventilation systems, split ACs, ducted split units, package units, VRF/VRV systems, refrigerants and BMS controls.
• Good knowledge of HVAC electrical systems including motors, MCC panels, VFDs, starters, control panels, power distribution, control wiring, sensors, actuators and electrical fault diagnosis related to HVAC equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, control drawings and single line diagrams.
• UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Willingness to travel frequently between Emirates to support multiple project sites.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills.
