About the RoleMOMAKI is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Waiter / Waitress to join our team in the Metn area.
The role involves welcoming guests, presenting menus, answering questions, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages according to MOMAKI's service standards. The successful candidate will ensure that guests receive friendly and efficient service while maintaining clean and organized tables and service areas.
The role also includes coordinating with the kitchen team, handling guest requests professionally, processing payments when required, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Qualifications
- * Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good command of English and French.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hospitality service is preferred.
