We‚Äôre Hiring: Merchandiser ‚Äì Murouj Qatar ü•ê
Murouj is a trusted bakery brand with over 35 years of experience across the GCC, and we’re growing in Qatar with our new local factory. Our pies, cakes and baked goods are available in supermarkets across the country, and we’re looking for a Merchandiser to make sure they look their best on every shelf.
What you’ll do:
- Visit assigned supermarkets and hypermarkets on a daily route
- Arrange and refill Murouj products on shelves according to planograms
- Check expiry dates, rotate stock (FIFO), and remove damaged or expired items
- Make sure products are displayed correctly, priced correctly, and always available
- Set up and maintain promotional displays and in-store materials
- Build good relationships with store managers and staff
- Report stock levels, out-of-stocks, competitor activity and shelf photos to the supervisor
What we’re looking for:
- Previous merchandising experience in Qatar, ideally in food/FMCG
- Valid Qatar driving license (preferred)
- Familiar with major supermarkets in Qatar
- Organized, punctual and attentive to detail
- Good communication in Arabic and/or English
- Able to work on the move and handle physical work
- Smartphone skills for daily reporting (photos, WhatsApp, simple apps)
