We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, and results-driven Manpower Recruitment Specialist who can leverage their expertise, professional connections, and knowledge of the Saudi Arabian manpower market to create value and contribute to mutual business growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who have a strong network in the local manpower market and are confident in their ability to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar manpower of all nationalities from within Saudi Arabia.
Manage recruitment requirements for our internal projects and external clients.
Arrange manpower through sponsorship transfers (Naql Kafala), rental arrangements, and short- or long-term contracts.
Coordinate directly with clients to understand their manpower requirements and provide suitable candidates.
Build and maintain strong relationships with manpower suppliers, recruitment networks, and potential candidates.
Manage the recruitment process from sourcing and screening to mobilization and deployment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience in Saudi Arabia.
Proven experience in recruiting both blue-collar and white-collar manpower.
Strong connections with local manpower suppliers and recruitment networks.
Good understanding of Saudi labor regulations, Qiwa, and sponsorship transfer procedures.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet recruitment deadlines.
