Job Description
- Ensure the uninterrupted, safe, and efficient operation of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
- Develop, implement, and monitor periodic and preventive maintenance (TPM) plans.
- Minimize downtime by responding rapidly to malfunctions and prevent recurrences through root cause analysis (RCA).
- Manage the inventory of critical spare parts and oversee procurement processes.
- Conduct maintenance and repair operations in compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) and environmental regulations.
- Managing the maintenance budget
- Coordinate the activities of external service providers, suppliers, and subcontractor teams.
General Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in maintenance roles, particularly in the automotive industry or manufacturing setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward maintenance challenges.
- Fluency in French and English
- Proficiency in MS Office programs, SAP systems, or process automation tools
