LPN - Psych
Location: Sea Level, NCSchedule: 36/48 hours every other week
Shift: Nights, 7pm-7am
Every Other Weekend RequiredContract Work with open extensions
Free Housing provided!Responsibilities* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting.
* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN, physician, or appropriate clinical leadership.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
* Perform routine nursing procedures and provide treatments as assigned.
* Assist with admissions, transfers, and ongoing resident care.
* Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.
* Respond appropriately to changes in resident condition during evening hours.
Requirements Active NC or Compact LPN license required.
* Minimum 2 years of LPN experience
* Must be willing and able to work Nightshifts
* Must be available to work every other weekend*
Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced LTC/SNF LPN with strong clinical skills who can work independently during evening hours. Candidates with prior travel nursing experience, successful contract renewals, and familiarity with MatrixCare are strongly preferred.
