Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Insurance Consultant, based in Beirut and Jbeil with flexible options for remote work.
The Insurance Consultant will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to clients on protection and savings products, evaluating their specific financial needs, and recommending customized solutions.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Conducting client consultations and needs assessments.
- Preparing personalized insurance and financial proposals.
- Building and managing long-term client relationships.
- Staying updated on current market trends, policy structures, and financial products.
- Collaborating with internal support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Consulting Experience: Proven ability to assess individual/corporate needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build trusting, long-term relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in insurance, sales, or financial services is an advantage.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic; proficiency in French is considered a plus.
