Role Description The Junior Account role is a full-time, on-site position based in Qesm El Maadi. This role involves supporting senior account managers with day-to-day client communication, preparing proposals and quotations based on real electricity bills, and assisting in contract and documentation follow-up. The Junior Account professional helps maintain accurate records of customer interactions, updates CRM or internal tracking systems, and coordinates with technical and finance teams to ensure smooth project handovers. Typical tasks include responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, preparing basic financial summaries, and supporting the creation of presentations and reports. The role also includes contributing to customer service quality, learning about solar and energy solutions, and participating in internal meetings and training sessions.
