Position Overview
The Human Resources Specialist will support the Human Resources department in managing core HR functions, with a strong emphasis on HR Operations. The role will cover day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and HR system management, while supporting the Talent Acquisition and Onboaridng.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Support the recruitment cycle from requisition approval to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Draft and post job advertisements on career platforms, job boards, and LinkedIn.
- Source candidates, screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and prepare shortlists for hiring managers.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Maintain accurate employee records and update data in HRIS systems.
- Support onboarding, probation period follow-ups, and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, social insurance (GOSI), and government portals (Qiwa, Mudad, etc.).
- Maintain compliance of all regulatory requirement including MHRSD, Nitaqat, Saudization, WPS compliance.
- Support payroll inputs by sharing updated employee changes (new hires, terminations, transfers).
- Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
Projects & HR Development
- Contribute to HR initiatives such as employee engagement, policy updates, and training coordination.
- Support employer branding efforts through recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and career days.
- Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and recruitment practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR with a strong background in HR Operations.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.
- Familiarity with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar ATS/HRIS).
- Solid understanding of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English is an advantage; Arabic is an mandatory.
