Role Description This full-time, on-site Human Resources Generalist and Recruitment Specialist role at PURE PLAST is based in 10th of Ramadan. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and supporting onboarding processes. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling employee relations, maintaining HR records, supporting performance management cycles, and assisting with training and development initiatives. The role also involves administering HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and collaborating with managers to address workforce needs. The specialist will prepare HR reports, support payroll and attendance processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
Qualifications
- * Demonstrated experience in recruitment processes, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, such as employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.
- Ability to maintain accurate HR documentation, manage HRIS or similar systems, and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Solid understanding of local labor laws, regulatory requirements, and best practices in HR compliance.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with employees and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR software tools; experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certification is a plus.
