Role Description The Home Care Provider is a part-time, on-site role based in Amman, supporting an elderly woman with dementia for 24 hours in her home. Responsibilities include assisting with personal care routines, promoting independence in home skills, and maintaining a safe, clean, and supportive environment. The role involves following individualized care plans, monitoring behavioral and emotional well-being, and documenting daily observations and activities. The Home Care Provider collaborates with families and the center’s professional staff, participates in training, and helps implement therapeutic and educational strategies in the home setting. Flexibility to support varied schedules and needs is essential.
