Role Description The Head Waiter role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Head Waiter oversees the dining area, coordinates the waitstaff team, and ensures guests receive timely, courteous, and efficient service. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing table assignments, taking and reviewing orders, and liaising with the kitchen to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food and beverages. The Head Waiter monitors service standards, addresses guest questions or concerns, supports training of new team members, and helps maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area. This role also assists with daily shift briefings, upselling menu items, and contributing to smooth opening and closing procedures.
