Job: Group Head – Capital Management & Securitisation

A leading regional banking group is seeking a seasoned Group Head – Capital Management & Securitisation to report to the Group CFO and lead the Group's capital strategy, securitisation and investor relations agenda.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Group's capital management framework, leading annual and multi-year capital planning, capital allocation, stress testing and optimisation.
- Oversee regulatory capital calculation, forecasting and reporting (CET1, Tier 1, Total Capital, leverage) in line with Basel and local prudential requirements.
- Establish and lead the securitisation and structured-funding capability, including originating, structuring and executing RMBS, ABS and portfolio-financing transactions and governing the related SPVs.
- Lead the investor relations programme and rating-agency engagement, and represent the Group alongside the GCFO at roadshows and investor meetings.
- Advise the Group CFO, executive management and Board committees on capital adequacy, dividend capacity, capital raising and major balance-sheet decisions.
- Build and lead a high-performing specialist team across capital, analytics, securitisation and IR.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive banking or financial services experience in the GCC, with strong exposure to the Saudi banking market.
- Senior accountability for capital management, regulatory capital, treasury, structured finance or investor relations.
- Strong command of capital planning, RWAs, stress testing and capital optimisation.
- Proven engagement with regulators, rating agencies, institutional investors and Board-level stakeholders.
- Experience executing securitisation or structured-funding transactions is highly desirable.
- Professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACA, ACCA, CA or FRM) strongly preferred.
