Graphic Designer (Fresh Graduate) — Threads
Threads is a leading supplier of senior and school uniforms in Egypt, part of El Badrawy Holding. For every school we work with, we sit down with a committee of students and design their senior uniform together.
We're hiring a fresh graduate designer to run that process: meet the committee, design their uniform, present it, and take it through to final sign-off. This is client-facing design with real ownership, not behind-the-scenes production.
What you'll do
- Meet directly with each school's student committee to understand what they want
- Design each school's uniform concept: colors, patterns, branding and customization elements
- Present concepts to the committee and manage revisions through to approval
- Keep Threads' quality and brand standards consistent while giving every school its own identity
- Work with our account management team on which schools need sessions and when
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, ideally from a top university (AUC, GUC, or similar)
- Graduated within the last year or graduating this year
- A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals (student and personal projects welcome)
- Comfortable presenting your work to a room and taking feedback well
- Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; Figma is a plus
