Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing government relations and labor affairs, with a strong focus on labor disputes, legal cases, government procedures, and representing the company before relevant authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and follow up on labor cases, disputes, complaints, and claims.
- Attend labor court hearings, investigations, and official sessions as required.
- Ensure timely compliance with summons, hearing dates, and official deadlines.
- Prepare and organize documents, evidence, responses, and case files.
- Coordinate with lawyers, legal advisors, HR, and relevant departments on labor cases.
- Liaise with MHRSD, Labor Offices, Labor Courts, Qiwa, Najiz, and other government authorities.
- Monitor case status and provide management with regular updates.
- Handle government inquiries, inspections, violations, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and relevant regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of labor cases and government matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Government Relations, Labor Affairs, HR, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and labor dispute procedures.
- Practical experience in labor cases, court hearings, investigations, and government platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and documentation skills.
