My client is looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and grow the KSA business with full P&L ownership, strategic leadership, and operational oversight across our project portfolio. Reporting directly to the Group CEO.
What you'll own:
Full P&L accountability and strategic leadership of the KSA business, driving revenue growth, profitability and operational excellence
Executive oversight of the entire project portfolio — delivery, budgets, schedules, quality and commercial performance
Business development and market expansion — client relationships, tendering strategy, and strategic partnerships across the KSA construction & contracting sector
Building scalable governance frameworks, organizational capability, and management systems to support growth
Leading multidisciplinary teams across Projects, Finance, Commercial, Procurement and HR
What we're looking for:
20–25 years' experience in construction, project management/contracting and business operations
Minimum 10 years in a senior executive or country-level leadership role
Proven track record managing large-scale project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field; PMP or equivalent highly preferred
Fluent in Arabic & English
