SA+a is seeking 2 experienced and ambitious architects with 2-5 years of professional experience in architecture to join our team.
What will you be doing?
You will be working full-time leading a team in all aspects of architectural design to produce and deliver the highest quality design deliverables.
Responsibilities will include:
- Taking part in the creative process of developing architectural deliverables, including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents.
- Managing and visualizing breathtaking scenes and production of both stills and animations of high-visibility projects.
- Coordinating with Architectural, Structural, and Mechanical/Electrical teams as deemed necessary.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
- Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.
Who you are?
We are looking for an architect who is truly passionate about architectural storytelling and possesses a unique skill set, both creative and technical, demonstrated by a compelling portfolio.
We are looking for architects with the following characteristics:
- Graduated with a degree of BArch, MArch, or similar.
- Experienced in developing architectural drawings, sketches, and references.
- Possesses realistic, creative, and efficient production skills across modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and post-production, with a strong sensibility for design and composition.
- Able to consistently deliver high-quality work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Possesses in-depth knowledge and skills for 3DS Max / Sketchup, Lumion / V-Ray / D5, Photoshop, After Effects / Premiere, or post-production equivalent.
- Possesses excellent skills in Autodesk Revit and Autocad.
- General knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign is a good-to-have but not a must.
