Customer Success Team Leader, EnterpriseLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesTeam: Enterprise Customer Success Team LeaderReports to: Director of EnterpriseContract: Full time, permanentAbout Property FinderProperty Finder is the leading property portal in the Middle East and North Africa. Founded in Dubai in 2007, we connect home seekers with the agents and developers who serve them, and we build the tools the region's property industry runs on. Our Enterprise clients are the largest brokerages and developers in the UAE, and the quality of their experience with us is a commercial priority, not an afterthought. The roleWe are looking for a Customer Team Leader to lead our Enterprise Customer Success Partner team in Dubai. Enterprise covers our highest value accounts, where a single relationship can be worth millions of dirhams a year and where service quality is a direct driver of renewal. You will lead a team of 12 Customer Success Partners who work alongside our Business Consultants, and you will own the standard of service those clients receive every day. This is a hands-on leadership role. You will spend your time coaching your team, running a tight operational rhythm, and stepping into the accounts and escalations that need a senior presence. You will also be one of the voices shaping how Enterprise service works as the segment grows. What You Will Do
- * Lead, coach and develop a team of 12 Customer Success Partners, setting clear expectations and holding a consistent standard of delivery.
- Own the operational rhythm of the team: workload allocation, account coverage, escalation paths, response and resolution times.
- Work in step with Enterprise Business Consultants and commercial leadership so that account plans are executed rather than filed.
- Protect and grow revenue through retention, product adoption and disciplined follow-through on renewals and payment cycles.
- Use data to run the team. Build and rely on reporting that shows where accounts are healthy, where they are drifting, and where intervention is needed.
- Take personal ownership of escalations involving senior client stakeholders.
- Remove friction. Identify the process, tooling and product gaps that cost the team time, and work with Operations and Product to close them.
- Recruit, onboard and performance manage, building a bench that can absorb growth in the segment.
What You Will Bring
- * Enterprise experience is essential. You have managed or serviced large, complex, high value accounts and you understand how decisions get made inside them.
- Proven people leadership at scale, ideally a team of eight or more, with examples of individuals you have developed.
- A track record in customer success, account management or client servicing within a commercial, target-carrying environment.
- Comfort with data and systems. Salesforce or a comparable CRM, and enough fluency in spreadsheets to build your own view rather than wait for one.
- Credibility with senior external stakeholders, including owners and managing directors, and the composure to hold a difficult conversation well.
- Sound judgement under pressure, and the willingness to make a call and stand behind it.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
Useful, Though Not Required
- * Experience in the UAE or wider GCC market.
- Arabic language skills.
- Background in real estate, proptech, marketplaces or SaaS.
- Experience building a customer success function rather than only running one.
What We Offer
- * Ownership of the service standard for Property Finder's most important clients.
- A leadership team that will back your decisions and expect you to make them.
- Competitive salary, performance-linked incentive, medical cover and the standard UAE benefits package.
- Room to grow. This role sits close to commercial leadership and the scope will widen as Enterprise does.
