About the JobZamzam Construction & Development Company is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our engineering team in El Obour City, Cairo.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in structural design, quantity surveying, engineering drawing reviews, preparation of shop drawings, and technical documentation. The role requires proficiency in engineering design software and Building Information Modelling (BIM), with the ability to coordinate between design consultants and construction teams.
Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * 5–10 years of relevant experience in structural design, quantity surveying, and technical engineering. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, SAP2000, and BIM tools and workflows*. * Strong knowledge of structural analysis, reinforced concrete design, and construction methodologies. * Experience in reviewing structural and architectural drawings and identifying design discrepancies. * Proficiency in quantity take-offs, preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and material estimation. * Familiarity with Egyptian building codes, engineering standards, and construction specifications. * Good command of English. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.

نبذة عن الوظيفةتعلن شركة زمزم للإنشاء والتعمير عن حاجتها إلى تعيين مهندس مدني للانضمام إلى فريق العمل بمقر الشركة في مدينة العبور، القاهرة.
يشترط أن يتمتع المتقدم بخبرة عملية جيدة في التصميم الإنشائي، وحصر الكميات، ومراجعة اللوحات الهندسية، وإعداد اللوحات التنفيذية والمستندات الفنية، مع إجادة استخدام البرامج الهندسية المتخصصة ونمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، والقدرة على التنسيق بين الاستشاريين وفرق التنفيذ بالمشروعات.
الشروط والمتطلبات الحصول على بكالوريوس الهندسة المدنية. * خبرة عملية من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في التصميم الإنشائي وأعمال الحصر والمراجعة الفنية. * إجادة استخدام برامج AutoCAD وAutodesk Revit وSAP2000 وبرامج وتقنيات BIM*. * الإلمام الجيد بالتحليل والتصميم الإنشائي وتصميم المنشآت الخرسانية المسلحة وطرق التنفيذ. * خبرة في مراجعة اللوحات الإنشائية والمعمارية واكتشاف التعارضات والأخطاء التصميمية. * إجادة أعمال حصر الكميات وإعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ) وحساب كميات المواد المطلوبة للمشروعات. * المعرفة بالكود المصري للتصميم والتنفيذ والمواصفات الفنية وأصول الصناعة. * إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى جيد. * القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل الفعال وتنظيم العمل.
