Job Summary:
The Elevator Technician is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting technical faults, and ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the hotel’s elevators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of elevators.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical elevator faults.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance to ensure elevators operate safely and efficiently.
• Identify technical issues and take appropriate corrective actions.
• Monitor elevator performance and report any recurring faults or maintenance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
• Coordinate with external maintenance contractors when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
• Respond promptly to elevator breakdowns and emergency maintenance requests.
