About the Role
We are looking for DevOps Support Engineers to join a high-impact IS Operations team within one of the world’s leading financial technology companies based in Beirut.
This is a support-focused operations role within the IS Operations domain. You will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting mission-critical platforms and infrastructure that serve managed services teams and end clients globally.
This is not a DevOps engineering/build role. You will not be designing CI/CD pipelines from scratch. Instead, you will play a key operational role in ensuring platform stability, supporting releases, responding to incidents, and maintaining business continuity across production environments.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, infrastructure, and operational issues
- Handle incidents, service requests, and change management tickets through ITSM platforms
- Respond to automated alerts and ensure system health and service continuity
- Execute and oversee Saturday production releases with accuracy and accountability
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and escalate complex cases when required
- Conduct routine maintenance activities, software updates, and security patching
- Maintain and improve operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with internal teams during shift handovers to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Proactively recommend process improvements and operational enhancements
- Support end users while ensuring SLAs for response and resolution are consistently met
- Work rotating shifts as part of a 24/6 operational support model
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support, DevOps Support, Systems Operations, or a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting
- Working knowledge of AWS core services
- Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and operational workflows (incident, change, and service request management)
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Scripting knowledge in Bash or Python is considered a plus
- Ability and willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
