WHAT YOU WILL DO
Co-own the technical direction of our products with the current CTO.
Build event-driven services in TypeScript and NestJS on Kafka and Kubernetes.
Build LLM agent systems: prompting, tool use, RAG, evals, cost and reliability controls.
Turn ideas into working demos for clients, often within a day, using Claude Code, Cursor and Copilot.
Lead client technical meetings and explain architecture clearly.
Write structured reports and present them in management meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience. 3+ years in software, currently hands-on.
TypeScript and Node.js, Vue or React, APIs, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, cloud fundamentals.
Event-driven systems: Kafka or queues, retries, idempotency.
How LLM agents work: prompting, tool use, RAG, evals, cost and reliability trade-offs.
Daily use of Claude, Cursor, Copilot and knowledge of the current agent-tooling landscape.
Idea to working demo in a day using AI-assisted tooling.
Clear written reports and confident presenting to management.
WHAT WE OFFER
AED 40,000 to 55,000 per month, tax-free.

A structured path toward a fully independent CTO-level seat.
