Cruise Sales Consultant — Dubai
We’re looking for a customer-focused Cruise Sales Consultant to help customers choose and book cruise holidays.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, chat and other online channels
- Understand customers’ preferences, budgets and travel requirements
- Recommend suitable cruises, itineraries, cabins and options
- Prepare quotes and follow up with prospective customers
- Process bookings accurately and coordinate with suppliers and the booking administration team
- Keep customer and sales records up to date
- Work toward sales targets while providing helpful, accurate service
Requirements
- Previous work experience in the travel industry is essential
- Travel agency or travel sales experience is required; cruise sales experience is an advantage
- Strong communication, listening and customer service skills
- Confident discussing options, preparing quotes and following up with customers
- Organised and attentive to booking details
- Comfortable using email, spreadsheets and online booking systems
- Must currently be based in the UAE and available to work on-site in Dubai
- Must be eligible to obtain the required UAE work permit
- Full-time, office-based role in Dubai.
