We are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer (Cost Control Engineer) to oversee cost engineering, project controls, budgeting, forecasting, and cost reporting for large-scale capital projects, preferably within the oil & gas industry.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering and project management execution. * Strong experience in Cost Engineering, Project Controls, or a related discipline. * Proven experience in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and control of large-scale projects, preferably in oil & gas. * Proficiency in cost management systems such as SAP or Oracle. * Strong knowledge of project management principles, cost engineering practices, and relevant industry standards. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Full professional proficiency in English*. * Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
Preferred Certification PMP (Project Management Professional)* certification preferred.
