We’re seeking a visionary and results-driven Construction Director to lead construction operations, oversee major projects, and ensure successful delivery across quality, cost, safety, and schedule objectives. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who excels at project execution, resource planning, stakeholder management, and driving excellence across complex construction activities.
ü¶∫ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute construction strategies aligned with business objectives and project requirements.
- Oversee multiple construction projects from planning and mobilization through execution and final handover.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, resources, and performance to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Lead project managers, site teams, contractors, and consultants to achieve operational targets.
- Establish construction standards, procedures, and performance benchmarks across projects.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, contractual obligations, occupational health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks, resolve critical site issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee contractor selection, procurement coordination, contract administration, and commercial performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Drive innovation, construction efficiency, quality improvement, and the adoption of modern project management practices.
