Nasco Emirates is looking for an Claims Executive - Employee Benefits specialized in the medical Line of business to join the team in Abu Dhabi. The position entails the following responsibilities:
- Reviewing and processing medical insurance claims accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers, members, and insurance companies to obtain required claim information and supporting documents.
- Assessing claims in accordance with policy terms, coverage limits, and company guidelines.
- Following up on pending claims and ensuring timely resolution of outstanding cases.
- Investigating and reassessing rejected claims to ensure eligibility and completeness of documentation.
- Handling claim-related inquiries and providing excellent customer service to clients and providers.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records and preparing claim reports as required.

You are right for the role if you meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management
or a related field.
- Associate Diploma from a recognized insurance institute is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience in medical claims Insurance line, ideally within the GCC region.
- Strong knowledge of medical insurance policies, benefits, exclusions, and claims procedures.
- Familiarity with healthcare billing, coding practices, and medical terminology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with providers and clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and claims management systems.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
